The LiveHelpNow Challenge is a monthly ranking that measures the top 100 companies providing exceptional client service. A company’s score is calculated using multiple metrics, including client survey results, resolution rates, operator effectiveness and proactive service, and SGS Galson has now made the list every month since the April 2014 launch of the Challenge.
