Vinyl Pyrrolidone comes in the form of a colorless liquid.  It is a precursor to the creation of other chemicals.

The substance enters the body through inhalation, ingestion, skin absorption, or skin/eye contact.   It can cause severe irritation of the skin, eyes, and throat; it can also cause coughing, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
