Setting up a new account in the new SGS Galson Portal

1- Go to and click Login

2- Click “Sign up now.”

3- Enter your email address and click “Send verification code.”

4- Enter the Verification Code and click “Verify code” then enter your desired password and name below.

5- Click “Create“.

6- Select your Country/Region and enter your phone number for future authentications. Click “Send Code” or “Call Me.”

7- Enter the code and click “Verify Code.”

8- You will now be able to log into the new SGS Galson Client Portal.

Please note, your registered email address must match our LIMS database. If your email address has changed and/or our LIMS database needs to be updated, please contact Client Services via phone (888-432-5227) or IHLive Chat.
