Isophorone

Isophorone comes in the form of a colorless-to-white liquid with a peppermint-like odor.  It is used as a solvent and a chemical intermediate.

The substance enters the body through inhalation, ingestion, or skin/eye contact.  It causes irritation to the skin, nose, throat, and eyes; it can also cause weakness, headache, nausea, dizziness, dermatitis, malaise, and narcosis.
