What do I need to get started?
All you need is a Client Portal account. To register today, click here.
How do I get a password?
When you sign up at http://www.sgsgalson.com/registration/, you’ll be instructed to create your password. If you forget your password, there’s an option to reset. If additional problems occur, contact one of our excellent Client Service Representatives by phone (888.432.5227) or chat with us online.
Do I need to download anything?
No, everything we offer is completely sustained online and is available 24/7 via desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone for your convenience.
How do I access the Online Chain of Custody?
Please log in at http://www.sgsgalson.com/login/ and click the gray button labeled “Online Chain of Custody”.
I usually work away from my desk, can I use this?
Absolutely! As long as you have a smartphone, tablet or laptop handy – you’ll just need an internet connection.
What happens after I sign-up for a webinar?
After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, letting you know that we’ve got you marked down for the date and time you’d selected. A day before the webinar, we’ll email you with the call-in credentials needed to join our webinar. Again, an hour before we begin, we’ll remind you of those credentials and prepare to start!

Good question! We are always working to fine-tune our Client Portal and make it easier for you to get what you need. When logged into the Client Portal, you have access to the following features:

When a client places an order with our client service representatives, our system takes the order’s data to prepopulate an online COC with as much information as possible, saving you time and tedious tasks. Then simply log in and fill out any missing information on the prepopulated COC and submit. Provided free of charge to clients.
Want to know where we’re at with your analysis? No problem. We’ll update your Client Portal account as your sample moves from log in to final report.
You have 24/7 access to your Final Reports, EDDs, COCs, and Data Packages dating back to 2007.
